Default 7 x14 control panel puzzle?

I've just acquired a Steelmaster 7x14 mini lathe and while very happy with it so far ( and that's not far... havent stripped/adjusted it yet) I'm both pleased to find its come unexpectedly with an LED display and different controls, and.. no explanation on what it all means.
I've attached a photo and can only say that I figured how to sart the motor, increase (+)/decrease (-) the spindle speed, set the current speed to memory (M) set direction of rotatation.
Does anyone have knowledge of this particular control panel? I like the fact that when its at higher speed, and the "M" button is pressed, then the motor stopped ( the red button between the direction buttons.. just what the icon is meant to imply I haven't a clue unless the circle is like the one on a PC Power supply mains switch that denotes OFF.. I guess that could well be.. the red is clear enough in its message.)) when you press the start button (either ) it slowly but soon enough brings the speed up to that which you had set to memory.
There is a button between the + _ buttons that I can't figure out..
Finally, to the right of the LED display the lower small round led under the characters OP eludes my efforts to understand its function.

Can anyone shed light on all this?? Any of the similair lathes on the internet that have the segmented led display dont actually show the panel.

    Thanks

I would hazard a guess that the button between the + and - denotes longtitudinal feed . = increases and - decreases the rate at which the saddle moves.
The readout would show the amount of feed per revolution of the spindle. ie .002mm longtitudinal travel per revolution of the spindle or what ever you set it at using the + or -

    Default good suggestion..

you are probably correct.. the icon suggests what you are saying...
I'll try it out and get back with a report..

    Thanks

    Default Conclusion to this thread

Thanks to a bloke in the USA I have been able to determine that this lathe is NOT a Seig but in fact, believe it or not, a clone made by another Chinese company.

I was grateful for the panel info but really amused at the Makers name..

    Real-Bull Manufacturering...

Despite the name everything about the machine seems, well.. truthful.

Nice how the motor will only restart at min. revs even with memory set..

Havent actually DONE anything on it but clean it up prior to having it adjusted..
