    Default Parts Contact Required

I have recently bought a Delta 3V Vertical Milling machine. It is a Taiwanese Copy of a Bridgeport by appearance. Manufactured or Distributed by the JIH FONG Machinery Company in Taiwan.

I have the Instruction manual and Parts List for the machine, what I need is to find out who may support this machine in Australia. It was made in 1990 so is some 29 years old and would not be a current model.
Would anyone have any knowledge of these machines and suggestions as to where parts may be available.

Any information would be gratefully received.

Hi col, I don't think you will have much luck finding direct support, what parts do you need? I would think someone like First in Taiwan who still make bp clones may be of some help. Generally with import machines you are just going to have to make what you need.

As said above the best way is to contact the manufacturer, many parts are still most likely the same, as for local suppliers try H&F, if they have a later version you may also find the parts are interchangeable

You could try Whitelaw Engineering in Brisbane, they were very helpful to me in sourcing a part from Taiwan for me.
