Thread: I don't want to brag.............

But I got me a couple of new toy...... I mean tools
I called into machinery house on an unplanned trip to Melbourne earlier this week, as I walked in the door I was met by this 5 ton arbor press with a stupidly low price tag, so as you can see it came home with me. Then I wamdered out into the new show room and spotted the 'D' Bit Grinder, as you guys know they are around the $1,500 mark. I asked the sales man if he could do a better price and off he went to ask the boss man I assume. He came back and said they would give me the end of financial year price and I walked out with both grinder and press for a total of $1,400 including GST.. Think I did ok.... It just goes to show you MUST ask, because if you don't you pay full price.....

I always ask for the best price possible, if you don't ask, you don't get it!!!!
