After many years away from the forum I'm just slow getting back into it and catching posts through Tapatalk on my phone instead of a computer, yes I'm the Dave J from many years ago that left all forums etc, though some have thought I'm a new member.
Hopefully I can help out these days, but there are some long time members here like Pipeclay and Steamwisperer etc that could teach me some things.Using Tapatalk

That's a nice little lathe, and lot's of accessories.
I notice in the ebay ad that it talks about converting to a 24V DC motor. If you will be doing this I have a motor and controller surplus to requirements that I could sell (I had fitted it to a model makers bandsaw that died).
Graham.

China,
Congratulations on your new Unimat. My son has a similar lathe (still in my shed!).
I have a few relevant ebooks including Operating Instructions for the Emco-Unimat. It is nearly 4Mb and includes a spare parts list. I think that is too large to post on the forum. If you are interested, send me a PM and I can put ir on DropBox (when I remember my password).
Cheers,
Findlay
