The tool post is the only physical difference, the only trouble you may encounter between the two may occur if you buy additional tool holders, as I mentioned earlier some times additional tool holders may not seat correctly on the wedge type without a little bit of fiddling with the dovetail.

I have never seen them advertised differently, so they would be the same.
I have read about some being to tight of a fit or loose, or the handle indexing in a different position because there slightly different.
Some guys have bought a batch from CDCO and find one or 2 are tight or loose, I don't think there is any great quality control considering them being so cheap.Using Tapatalk

Yeah I noticed with some of mine they are not as tight as I would like them to be, so I just place a bit of shim stock between the piston and the tool holder. Seems to do the trick.
I need some more holders, just waiting for them to come up at a bargain price, there was some listed on banggood last year at $15 each, the next day when I went to purchase they had gone back up to over $20 or if I get some suitable stock might just attempt to make a bunch
