I thought I knew how to use a vice before...now Im just confused

Yes that's the one I was thinking about, I would not like to say whether they are good or not, not having actually used it, but the finish just did not yell 'quality' and, having two 'adequate' vices I have sort of promised myself that the next one will be top shelf. With my experience of Chicom stuff, this would have had to have really impressed me to get me to part with the coin.The statement in the description that some 'fettling' of the spherical segment can improve the vice, well, isn't that what the factory should be doing? If I didn't have a useable vice I probably would have bought it, but I wasn't confident that it would be that much better than what I have.
