lantaine lam-350 taiwanese lathe
hi i have a lantaine lam - 350 lathe , taiwanese made and made under many different names, hondon, himount ect
i need to replace the oil level sight glasses, they are o-ring sealed and push in
does anyone know the size i need, i don't want to pull them out to measure if i can help it as i might have to use the lathe to make them if i can't find any
so if any one knows the hole size please let me know
thanks all

Why not approach it this way:
Siphon enough oil out to drop the level below the sight hole.
Remove the plug, measure and machine a new one if necessary.
Running the machine on the low side for a few minutes won't do it any harm .
Make sure the hole is covered while machining as any gearing will fling it in all directions.

Whilst Grahame's suggestion has merit I would suggest similar , go to the hardware or similar and get a couple of rubber bungs or similar and push these into the oil holes and then replace the oil removed if you need to make them.
