    How about those diamond encrusted discs (made by Lennox ?) they came out a while ago as replacements for abrasive discs all they way from 4" to 14" diameter. Would they clog up and be dangerous if used to cut aluminium ?

    **When cutting aluminum, it is recommended to apply cutting wax or other type of saw lubricant to avoid chip welding.
