Default Centering Hex stock in a 4 jaw?

This is my approach to centering hex in a four jaw. Slow, reasonable accurate. Are there better ways?

Saw this a while ago and saved it to the memory banks, could come in handy.

Guessing you don't have a 3 jaw otherwise it would be much easier to just use a 3 jaw.

    Hi Guys,

Because hex bar isn't always uniform and quite difficult to centre in a four jaw chuck, I usually just clock each corner and adjust accordingly.
    Best Regards:

I have 2 parallels with 60 Deg Vees cut in one side along the length, with these your orientation would be good for 4 jaws.
Very handy for holding Hex in a milling vice also if you need to work on the Hex flats.
