I did think of one place, carb-i-tool in moorabbin, they've made some specials for friends in the past.

Carb-i-tools would be the only ones in Australia that do quality production runs of Router bits, they're not cheap though.
I was looking at a one off 1/4" router bit, from memory $185, or there abouts.
Unless you're able to find a retired toolmaker working from home. If you find one let me know, PLEASE.
