    Hello Shane,

There are a number of tool and cutter grinder plans around ! The "Tinker" and "Raymac" spring to mind amongst others. I have uploaded a pdf file of one, the "raymac" published in September 2001, MEW. These can be found kicking about on the net.

I chose this one because it is most like the one you linked to.

    Raymac-pt1.pdf

    There are many others.
    Best Regards:
    Baron J.

I bought a copy of the acto plans last year sometime. Its not a bad looking gadget, the only thing that struck me was how thin a lot of the components are, so Ive been re designing it with much heavier dimensioning. I dont think it would be inadequate for small work though, and certainly it seems like a very flexible design to me. I think it would be cheap to make and there isnt a lot thats hard about it.
