I want to join 2, 1 mm Aluminium sheet at 90 degree and some other degree temporary, So I cannot weld it. Is there any way I could accomplish that?

    Hi drhuvatstxr,

    Welcome to the MetalWork Forums.

Not knowing the end application of your project makes it difficult to advise you and provide a pinpoint definitive answer. Also, it would be handy to know what metalwork experince you have and what sort of tools/equipment are available to you.

Off the top of my head I would say, use something like a hot melt glue should the requirements of the project mean that the project is to be mechanically undamaged after temporary connection. The metals then can be re heated and separated and the hot melt glue peeled off.

Again without knowing specific details it is all just a guess.
Please read through the PM I have sent to you ,there are links to pages which will assist you.

Welcome once again to the forum.

If you have access to a sheet metal folder, bend the edge to the required angle, and pop rivet or double sided tape or use Grahames idea of hot melt glue.
If that's not acceptable, masking tape over the edge, will support the edges, and use other aluminium for the sides to hold at the angle required.
