[HELP] Stubborn screw thread removal

I recently watched a video where the poster recommended tightening a bolt a bit before trying to undo it. Just saying. You would have to be careful with a screw. Dean

I've actually done this, tighten then loosen, and keep repeating, spraying a lubricant/penetrating solution helps a lot also.

I forgot to say thanks for all your tips guys, I appreciate the help. I last posted on my phone but didn't check whether to see if it went through.

In the end I got impatient and decided to try to undo the half worn screw head with an impact hammer and just completely stripped the head. So I went and got some pliers and just slowly twisted the screw out while sort of smacking the pliers at the same time to mimic the impacting/loosening, all this with some wd-40 just in case it was rusty (new grinder?).

Also sorry for the confusion, thought I'd try a pun (tough nuts) but it didn't quite work as intended. It was a screw.
