Thread: Another ring roller

Saw this in a 1995 HSM magazine.

the interesting thing to me is the use of a hydraulic jack to raise the other two rollers, the driving roller being 'fixed'.
The company is still in business but has upgraded the roller

I used a porta-power when I built my pipe/tube roller. It can also be used as a ring roller but I'd need to make up some more wheels with flat faces.

from all the reading i did before i built mine i gleaned that 2 drive rollers are a lot better than one because one only drive roller tends to slip a lot , hence the gears and 2 drive rollers on mine .
