    What was the cost for the laser cutting (or water jet) for the frame?

    Nice way to build a strong stiff and dimensionally reliable frame.

    Sorry dont visit often, laser cut charge was about 130 dollars I think, all 6mm mild steel.

    Way over designed, it can rotate the grinding head through an arc of 90 degrees, three different bar positions, so you can adapt tool holders onto the unit as well, I went way over the top

    I used a motor that I had laying around, since then I have adapted a variable speed three phase motor, so I can go from 100rpm to any speed upwards of 1500rpm.

    Thanks for that Steve, looks a very interesting build, and highly adaptable.
    What would be the chance of getting a PDF of the plans and download or similar to take to the profilers PLEASE?
