    Thumbs up Sheraton gear change chart?

    Hi to all,
    I just found this forum today while searching for some gears for my model C 9 inch sheraton lathe. (Thanks for the tip about Mick Moyles)
    Anyway, does anyone have a copy of the gear change chart for this lathe...
    mine was scored by one of the change gear nuts and has an unreadable section in the spot i need right now
    Thanks for any help... i will be watching for more great tips

    G'day.
    Have you had a look at the Yahoo groups?

    There are many email groups for mini lathes, milling machines, etc etc etc .
    I have signed up for about 12 of them (hey...it's free)...
    There is a wealth of info available there. including downloadable files, photos, how to, mods, etc etc etc .

    Hi,

    I have a Shereton Diploma. This has a set of 32,120,60 imperial gears with optional 127 for metric. If yours has similiar I can supply a imperial/metric table for you. let me know.

    Thanks for the info trevor... i will check out the groups right away.
    Also thanks for the offer garry, but i think the model c sheraton has a different gear set.
    I will be watching this forum for more tips
    You guys saved me about $200 on the gears i needed to buy

    In that case try Roberts Lathe Spares, Sydney Rd, Bayswater VIC. See post re Sheraton SSS lathe for some more info.
