Any body waiting for their 3 day sale items
Crikey,
Small bits and pieces admittedly were ordered /purchased on the Saturday the 16th but fair dinkum ,its only small stuff that fits in a postbag.How hard can it be?
Nine days going on ten now,some overseas businesses are quicker than this to ship the goodies.
Here's an example of a service thing a firm could capitalize on to endear customer attitude. Whinging about overseas online ordering won't help when the customers
have not been given sufficient reason to patronize an shore businesses.
Just thinking out loud, I suppose.
What about you blokes,what are your thoughts?

If the place you are referring to is H&F then I am surprised. I have purchased quite a few small items (belt sander belts, parallels etc) of late. Some have even been delivered the same day via air bag from a different state. Not sure what was up with your order but I would be contacting them. Their responses have always been prompt. I know some people have had bad experiences with them over their last sale, but I didn't. Everything arrived pronto for both of them and a bunch in between. Maybe it has something to do with which store the order gets routed to? I deal with the Vic guys.

AS variant22 Said I would be Contacting them and see whats going on. Perhaps Someone misplaced your Order. The only time I have ever had a bit of a wait for a Parcel from Hare & Forbes was a Courier problem. I normally only Deal with the Melbourne Branch, but have dealt with Sydney a couple of times and found the service from both to be Great.All The Best steran50 Stewart

H &F rang me on the 19th about my PO Box with a concern about the size of the order (that it would be too heavy-they were mistaking vice soft jaws as a vice).
I had paid by bank transfer and double checked the transfer details and asked if all was ok.I was assured then it was. The notification received on Saturday by email says all items were in in stock.
An check was done this arvo on the account and tracking .Account details are correct and tracking is showing nothing.
The explanation will be interesting.

Quick update
The goodies turned up this morning. 3 pairs of vice soft jaws and some SS drill gauges-all present and correct.
A H &F person rang home this morning in response to my email and it appears he could not find any record of me buying anything at all in the last couple of years.
I have sent him the paperwork details,I received as -order confirmation and delivery invoice for them to look into.
Curiouser and Curiouser.
