Hamatu Lathe
This Hamatu on ebay
Hamatu Metal Lathe | eBay
It failed to attract a bid but the price is pretty fair I thought.
Also been told that Hamatu is top shelf.
What are other peoples opinion on Hamatu?

Just had a look, he said it is only imperial threading and it looks like the gap is missing. Other than that it would be worth looking at.

It shows Metric on the sideways Screwcutting Chart, I am pretty sure anything out of Japan would have Metric capabilities.

Shows up as listing removed as no longer available, i.e sold off ebay or he decided to pull it and go again later, maybe with a higher start price.
