Yep, I got worthless crap in there too, trouble is that if I get rid of any, I'll need it in a few weeks time, BTDT.
As the old saying goes, "One mans trash/crap is another mans treasure" I love picking up treasure!!!

My shed seems to obey the laws of thermodynamics. Well, the entropy part anyway.
Anyway, when I built my 9x7 shed I thought it was massive. Now I assume it's still the same size as when I built it but it does not appear as big these days.

Kryn if you start storing your treasures in the lounge room kitchen and laundry then it won't be long and your Mrs will get you a 18 x 12 mtr shed and in meantime you will have a bit more room in your shed
cheers, shed

Unfortunately the house is a rental, and the shed is at it's max width. I'm storing my offcuts between the shed and the fence, but am being told to get rid of my "rubbish" as it'll bring snakes and spiders!!! I told here that the rubbish by the back door (her pot planting crap) was a mess and I can't get to the power point to switch on the outside lights to see what her dogs are up too. Well, didn't that start something.

Kryn, Kryn.
You are old enough now to know you are never ever going to win that argument; no matter how right you may be.

I just picked up a Makita cordless angle grinder with a battery cheap.
Been wanting one for long time.
Just have to buy a charger for it.

eBay find, a 47 piece Mitutoyo gauge block set. Looks like it's barely been used, even if it is only grade B , and they wring together beautifully.

And only $250. Gonna see if I can get them in to the next calibration cycle at work.

To do a full calibration on a set like that will cost a fair bit, maybe $2000.00??

Nah, last year's Mitutoyo price list is US$270 for a 47 piece set. For $2k you could buy a whole new set

I reckon techno is on the money with that price. Mitutoyo USA would be calibrating 25-50 sets at a time and could do them for that low price. For proper calibration they are checked for size, parallelism and flatness, takes a while to do properly. Doing a couple of sets out here much dearer. You could buy a new set but would still need to have it calibrated.
