Electrician to repair 240 volt HM52 mill Western Sydney
Hello,
I am looking for someone to fix an HM52 mill.
Problem reverse switch for horizontal motor and wiring problem in main cabinet.
Something has cooked itself in cabinet.
Don't need suggestions to fix the problem but someone to do the job,
Thank you Peter.

Hi,
We have a single phase lathe on which the reversing switch fell to bits internally. We contacted an industrial electricians' company who were useless. The sparky knew nothing about it when he looked.
They seem to be a particular bit of gear unfamiliar to a lot of sparkies. I'd try contacting someone like this bunch
Industrial Electrical Maintenance, Repair & Installation in Sydney
and stress particularly the single phase reversing switch. They are easy enough to buy, the problem seems to be connecting one correctly to the start winding.
Good luck
.
