    Default Primary Connections

I'm sorry I took so long to take these. I had a busy couple of days.
I hope these will help you work out what is what.
The angles I could shoot were very limited.
    Thank you again Mark

    Hi Dale,
hope your rehab is going well!
Finally got a chance to work out your transformer and the connections required to change it to a 240V to 415V auto transformer:
    Tradesman240(a).jpg
This circuit will increase the output voltage as required. Please be VERY aware that this will give you 415V to GROUND! So be suitably cautious dealing with the 415V connection at "T"! E.g. use cable with insulation suitable for 415V and protect it mechanically as well.
This is still single phase. So you will need to use a VFD that can actually run on SINGLE PHASE 415V, as mentioned by Ray et al. i.e. a 415V VFD which does not throw an error and switches off for a "missing phase".
I happen to know that some Siemens VFDs will allow single phase running at half the rated capacity. I'm sure other brands will too. Some may need to be fooled by connecting two of their 3 inputs together.... other will not start at all.
Good luck - both with your machine and your recovery.
    Cheers, Joe
