Cable Chain Covers
Guys,
Anybody know where I can buy new covers for my Cable Chain? I googled it but no spares came up.
I broke a few of the covers when removing them and I just need to replace them.
Don't really want to replace the whole chain just for a few covers.
the size is 18 x 25 mm.

Just buy a complete new chain and take the covers from that. It's fairly cheap to buy. 18mm X 25mm Open Type Flexible Black Plastic Cable Drag Chain 1M 3 3ft | eBay
Just make sure it's the same type.
I doubt you would have much luck buying the covers separately but could be wrong.

I don't think a couple of missing covers will hurt. Just move the gaps to bits that end up straight.
I think I have the same cable chain and if you are desperate I could put a couple in the post.

Thanks Pippin. Its more than a couple, I'm afraid...I was a bit rough and they are quite fragile so its quite a few.
I've ordered a new chain ( a bit bigger ) so when it arrives I'll swap it out.
Thanks for the offer though!

Bigger cable chain is better! This stuff is a bit small for more than a couple of cables.

Drawing it would take the time, but I haven't got access to a 3D printer anyway. Easier to just but a new wider chain.
Probably would have had a go, if I had one though....

Thats where most of ones time goes to.
yeah a +1 on buying a wider chain if it will fit. Room to fit more stuff!!! Quick look over shoulder to make sure missus aint watchingFrisky wife, happy life. Then I woke up.
