Default Emco FB-2 Tool release nut

    Hi!

I am in need of the nut which screws onto the spindle to release the tooling from the mill.

If anyone has one and could provide me the dimensions or maybe machine one for me, please let me know.

    Thanks!

Can't give you the dimensions, but I had the previous model Emco with an identical looking spindle cap, and there are no mysteries to it.
It is simply a screwed cap, made out of some medium carbon steel I think, so if you measure the spindle thread diameter and pitch you are most of the way there.
If you have no means of cutting the thread I may be able to assist - PM me if that is of interest.

    Cheers,
    Bill
