    Default WTB Waldown parts.

    Hi all,

I need a motor pulley, the intermediate pulley and the intermediate pulley mounting block assembly for a Waldown 8SN. Please PM me if you can help.

    Regards

    Eric

Can't you make one? Thought it would be a POC for you.

If I don't find any before my shed lining project is complete then that is on the cards. I am getting very sick of moving everything around to get at different parts of the ceiling.

Have a tapping machine for sale at $250 that may suit your needs, if interested supply your speed requirements or pulley sizes and I will let you know mine.
My max speed on the chart is around 3000 rpm but if you know your pulley size mine might suit, can't remember but I think they are 5 step pulleys.
If I had to seperate the machine the price would only drop by $20.00.

I only have one pulley at the moment, the one on the spindle and it is 4 step. The intermediate on my machine should be 4 step too with the motor pulley being 3 step. I will have to measure sizes tomorrow. Does the tapping machine function as is?

Not sure if you received my message the motor pulley is 7/8" or 22 mm measured by rule, the motor pulley is 3 step with 4 on the intermediate and 4 on the spindle.

    Eric,

Now that you have a 3M this might be a simpler alternative for the 8SN - //metalworkforums.com/f223/t202...95#post1942995

This machine is now complete with parts from the 3M I acquired. I will buy new parts for the 3M as they are available and well priced. The Intermediate pulley mounting block used to be made to fit both the 8SN and 3M now it is made to only fit the 3M (but could be modified) and the motor pulley is only available to fit a 19mm motor shaft but since I am re-motoring the 3M thats ok to.
