Whitco/ Stegbar chain winder handle
The place I'm renting has just one Stegbar chain winder window but the handle has been broken off. I've been told that Whitco made these for Stegbar. If anyone has an old chain winder sitting round (brown or black colour) I'd be interested in it, or at least the handle. I can buy a new one from Bunnings for approx $30 but that seems a waste just for a handle.

That's the sucker (or rather the handle is).
I'll PM some address details if you can bear to part with it.
