NT30 ER40 Chuck
I have just acquired a couple of new 1" Sutton end mills with threaded ends, and no chuck to hold them.
I see listed in the catalogs ER40 collets 25/26 mm that could be the way to go.

That will work, also have a look for BT30 chucks as well,they are usually cheaper than the NT30.
You would need to make a longer draw bar though.

You can get bigger ER40 collets then 26mm as well. Up to 28 or 29mm I think.
Also you will find you will only be able to take light cuts with such big endmills. They are large endmills for an ISO30 spindle. But handy when you need a large endmill.Gold, the colour of choice for the discerning person.
