Lathe spyder
I am making a lathe spyder for the lathe and wanted to use fine threaded long grub screws for the outboard adjusters. But pricing was a killer as you needed to buy a box of 100 or pay a heavy penalty which I wasn't going to do, so conciled myself to using mf bolts. But then the light went on and I ended up doing this...pics tell the story

8mm grub screw put into bolt and locktighted...should work should'nt it?
