Greetings from Newcastle Australia
Hi Everyone,
Found this site while looking for information on my complete and working acquisition, a Hercus model "A" serial number 2374 which i believe was built in 1948 from posted Hercus serial numbers. what a beautiful solid machine.
Looks like plenty of good information on this site and will be in for a lot of reading i reckon.
Cheers

Welcome to a top Forum Split Nut. If I could make a suggestion, could you change your location to Newcastle please? If at any time you have a problem with something, and someone offers too come around and help, it would be better to know where you were, as they might be in Perth while Australia is a BIG place.
