Hi From Montrose Vic.
Hi All
I am a dyed in the wool 1930s 12/4 Riley Car enthusiast. Have restored one car built another one from scratch full restoration plus built a body. Now embarking on another Riley project. I have bought two 1930s totally disassembled cars without bodies and I am planning to build an ERA type racer already named ERAcer. So full mechanical restoration(last nut and bolt) plus design and build the body. Have to work quick as I am in my eighties.
I have a Sheraton (Melbourne made) Model A lathe plus a Hare and Forbes Mill Drill plus sundry other tools.
I use Siemens Free2d cad and would like 3d Cad but the learning curve might be too steep also looking at Sketchup for body design.
Gotta keep working!!!

Hi GBurf,
I'll also welcome you to the forum. We have an Auto Restoration section on here, that you've no doubt found, so will look for pics of your project and WIP reports there. We love WIP (Work In Progress) reports and pics here, if you hadn't worked that out.
