Happy Christmas - look at this
Hi all
I finally bit the bullet and got someone to do the FG body. What can I say a brilliant job. Had to Stiffen up allot of sections eg wheel arches. A lot of 2 pack epoxy filler and many hours of blocking and sanding . The final colour well I am a traditionalist.

Randal, sometimes you've gotta pay to get an excellent job done, you definitely got your moneys worth there.
Beautiful workmanship.

True. I learnt a lot from the Panel Beater ... he has done a lot of FG work.
Did you notice what the Goggo was next too ? I think both cars are about the same era.
The next bit of work is to start installing all of the body bits ... badges have taken me some time to aquire or restore ... fender rubber came from Norway ... makes it look like a bought one 😀

Looking good! I'd be booting the cat off the finished paint though, I've seen some nice scratches left over the years by a cats claws dug in when it was sliding down a panel....
