Can no longer see the asking price as it sold. What did it come with and how much were they asking for it?

$500 and there were half a dozen attachments including multiple tailstocks, a head that looked like a lathe milling slide, a compound type of head etc.
I'm not familiar with the machine but looked like the accessories were pretty comprehensive.

Yeah that was a good buy for sure. I know where there's one of those, I'm on first refusal when the 70+ y/o seller decides it's time for it to go. Now I know how much to pay him for it........

If this guy is giving you first refusal he must think of you in positive terms.

There has to be one person, somewhere, who does.

    I suppose.

Would any of you guys know where I could get a manual for one of these machines or know if any literature that would assist in learning how to use this machine? I’m the “lucky buyer”...

And you plan to dissuade him of that by making a low ball offer for his T&C grinder?

Given that I have a Tos T&C grinder with a lot of accessories that I bought from the tip shop for $230, I don't really plan on making him an offer at all. Which is good because he doesn't really plan on selling it - it was a bit of mutual bullshitting over a couple glasses of red at his place.

If I bought it off of him, I'd do the same thing I did when I bought the planer, cylindrical grinder and other stuff. Ask him what he wanted for them, then pay it. Or not if I thought it was overpriced; he has a big shaper he'd like to sell me but I think it's way too much and I don't want one (more) anyway. I don't haggle or make lowball offers.

    It's not rocket science.

Would any of you guys happen to have a manual for this machine? I recently purchased one and am keen to learn how to use it properly. Cheers.
