Just saw this borer on grays. It has a feature which makes it a bit different from most vertical borers. Can any of you tell me what it is?

Most vertical borers have the turret head. Webster and Bennet borers have a very tricky indexing mechanism that it fairly hard to reassemble. the machine in the link is left handed, I think it was half of a duplex borer setup.

Is that what this special feature is or is it a feature of the machine still to be found.

I was pretty unhappy as I pulled out at $950.00.
Had I known before someone bid on it I would have snapped it up for $500.00.
