Well it is a modern one as far as shapers go. You can tell by the square lines that it is probably late 1960's or 70's or 80's.
By the brand name I suspect it might be Indian but it has certain Elliott (or Alba) looking features.
It is also in pieces as the auto feed ratchet mechanism is missing off the cross slide screw.Gold, the colour of choice for the discerning person.
