Boat bits in bronze?
I have been waiting for months to have two new stern tubes cast in bronze, by a foundry in Melbourne, however they are not forthcoming with my goods, so am looking for another who may be able to do them. I have the original one and a new pattern ready to go, anyone know where to ask? I'm in Sydney, Many Thanks.

Found these on google, they're all based in Sydney.

If you were in Adelaide I would suggest Castech. They may be willing to post.

From my experience.
Central are ok. I had them do some crests for the navy, years ago in Bronze.
Superior Casting at Moorebank do great Al so probably do Cu based as well.
Those other two Kryn mentioned are art foundries.
I just noticed you’re at Berowra, I’ve met a founder out of Cessnock who did non ferrous,l should have a card somewhere. Get back to me if you want his details.

These guys are a couple of hundred meters from my house. You wouldn't even know they exist.

They do a lot of stuff for mines etc, I can't tell you if they do small things and I have no idea of their costs. I went down and spoke to the boss one time and he was able to test some boat bronze that I had to see if it was Silicon or not. A couple of seconds on his machine and he gave me a full analysis of what I have. Turned out to be Naval Brass.
