Default Electric furnace remnants - FREEBIE

The place next to where I work was chucking this out and I thought I'd grab it in case anyone on here had a use for it.
It's basically what remains of an electric furnace, the hot chamber is pretty much intact except for the door panel which is gone but could be replaced easily enough.
The thermostat is there but no idea if it is functional and there's no thermocouple.
The element might still be there but has been cut back so no idea if it's functional.
Pretty much all the electrics are gone.

Chamber is 175mm high by 175mm wide by 275mm deep.

If anyone want's it they need to pick it up from Fawkner or Rowville.
Let me know within a week or it's back into the skip.

    Cheers,
    Greg.

    Greg,
that does indeed look too good to chuc out. Well spotted. I have too many projects already, but if there are no other interested parties, it could find a home in my 'gunner' shelf.... I'd love a little heat treatment furnace for hardening tool steel and furnace brazing....
    Cheers, Joe

It's all yours Steve, PM sent.

That's exactly what I thought Joe, I don't really have a use for it but someone else might and it's too good to just chuck out.
Turns out it may just live another day.
    Cheers,
    Greg.
