Myford ML7 Lathe
I'm selling my Myford ML7 with bench and accessories as shown in photo. Single phase with simple on off switch, no reverse switch. Full set of change gears, after market face plate and fixed and travelling steadies. Belco 6" 4 jaw chuck. Original Myford dog plate. Replaced belts, headstock oilers and and back gear cluster. Excellent working condition. No play in headstock bearings and minimal backlash in cross and top slides. Minimal bed wear. Internal jaws on 3 jaw chuck are a little worn and less than 100% accurate, however the external jaws are fine. Photocopied manual supplied. No tooling on offer, but I will supply a couple of pieces of tool steel to get you going if you have none. No live or dead centre included.
I'm asking $1,800 as it stands, but happy to consider offers if you know anyone interested.
The lathe is at Old Bar (near Taree NSW), so pretty much pick up only, however I could probably deliver it to Newcastle if you're happy to wait a couple of weeks. Maybe even Sydney is a possibility subject to some negotiation.
Cheers,
Greg
