Gearbox troubles
Hi Guys, well after such lovely weather and a lot of painting done
I have started to assemble the gearbox
PROBLEM somewhere someway I have managed to stuff up the 2 lever and their gears??
So has anybody got a Model A Gearbox off their lathe that is complete
That they could take a picture of the underside of the box as
I have got the levers on but the plate at the bottom will not fit anyway anyhow so can anybody help as I am stumped
Next drama has anybody got any spares for the apron of a Model A as I assembled the apron as well and fitted the ecentric and the handle
Knocked in the tapered pin and the ecentric snapped into 2 pieces ???
So I have had a very Constructive/Destructrive day and would really be greatfull for any help as the gearbox is not something you pull apart unless you are very game or have drawings of each item
I had the drawings but somewhere along the line I have STUFFED UP
So any help ???
all the best Derek
