    Nice haul, you got lucky, I was also very fortunate when I bought my used lathe, the man I purchased it from was an 80 year old retired hobbyist and when I told him I was just starting out and had very little tooling he walked me around his workshop grabbing tools he no longer needed and handed them to me, you wouldn't believe some of the gear I got from him, all top quality Australian and English made. I should upload some pics of it.

    When I returned the next day with a friend to pick up the lathe he had put together more boxes full of gear! and about a dozen books on machining and model making.
    needless to say my friend was very jealous, and still is
