Not sure about the 2 reamers but you will need to use a tapered drill.

Are you after a reamer for the 5/8" or 10.3mm or both.

I think he wants a reamer to ream a hole for a tapered pin , not a tail stock .
I've never seen a tapered drill for drilling holes for taper pin reamers ,
just drill a hole the smallest diameter of the reamer and have at it , they are mostly hand reamers any way.
No roughing or finishing reamer just the one .

Biggest taper pin reamer I have is a no 6 , nowhere near 5/8"

I believe from what was asked that he was after a tapered reamer for either of the sizes he stated or both as the sizes given are not covered by the 1 reamer.

In regards to taper pin holes I have in most cases allways roughed with a tapered drill first then reamed to finished size.

In a pinch you could drill a series of stepped holes through your workpiece and finish with the reamer but care would need to be taken, depending on the quality of the finished fit and application.

Can't help with the reamer sorry(althought I have thought about buying a couple now and then).
    Yes there are roughing reamers.

An MT2 reamer isn't going to go into a 10.3mm hole
