Very interesting, I had no idea Hercus were into re-badging, please tell more.
eg, where did you get it, and if it's not too rude, what sort of dollars?
Please don't say "a friend gave it to me", 'cause I haven't got any friends like that.
Looks like it's in good nick. Well done.

i cant add any ore info on hercus rebadging because thats the only one ive ever seen .
the school won it as a prize for achievement back in 1998 and due to having a larger mill it was very rarely used
cost its a secret $xyz.oo
hint i had to raid my bank to get enough

Hercus became the agents for hare&forbes in SA some years ago, there is lots of stuff with the Hercus badge 9x11 lathes t&c grinders etc, they stopped making there own stuff and put their name on all this Chinese %^%^&&*. General tools are now the h&f agent. tanii51 they are not bad unit lots of them around the design is basicly the same after being on the market for 40 odd years, I have one it my shed it was given to me it is in very sad state, I need to put a bit of TLC into it
