Default Cable disc brakes routing of cable.

Well I've just purchased a large trailer with 4 wheel drum brakes and I've been told the angle of pull is incorrect so I need to re route my cable so it pulls more inline with the tyre angle. What's the best way to get cable to go down the chassis rails.

    Any photos would be great.

    Cheers.

Are the old cables run down the rails?

I've not had much to do with cable brakes, but the ones I've seen, ran along the inside of the drawbar, using a chain link welded to the drawbar to support it. The cable ran along till it was about 100 - 150 mm from the chassis side rails then direct to the brake levers. Normally brakes are used on the front axle only, how are they connected to the rear axle? Any chance of a pic PLEASE?

If you can weld some large chain links to the inside of the chassis they will act as guides and stop the cables from sagging down.
