Thread: Unimig Craft 200 - no arc

Hi Guys,
I have an old Unimig Craft 200 mig that has no arc. Wire feed & gas solenoid is working ok just no arc. Does anyone have a circuit diagram or an idea on what may be the problem ? Have checked over all the connections. Nothing is loose or broken.

Just a thought,
but I would be checking that there is power getting to and from the transformer.

Yes Matt , good suggestion but I would like a circuit diagram before I go poking around so I know what voltages to look for ?

Have a look at the contactor, check you have the same voltage across both sides when it is energised ,It is common for the contacts to burn away over time
