Just picked it up last night. Isn't it a peach? Firebox is an old wood burning stove.

The menu will be mostly pork, but I can easily see some beef brisket going on there as well. I have a herd of black Angus cattle and I raise hogs in the winter so meat isn't a problem around here. Might even try smoking some whole chickens in there. Chopped chicken barbecue is pretty good. Just fired it up for the first time today. Took me an hour and a pile of wood to get it up to temperature. Got an eight pound butt roast (pork) on there right now so the wife and I can have some pulled pork barbecue sandwiches for dinner. Macaroni salad, baked beans, and corn on the cob will round things out. Who's hungry? :)
